CF73 - The Divine Office
Well, today's episode is not a "lite" lunch. It's a full-course meal!
It runs a little longer than a usual episode, but it's well worth it!
I feature a great interview with the crew behind the production of the Divine Office (online, podcast, & iPhone app).
CF60 - When the Saints Go Marching In
On the show today... A LIVE recording of the Catholic Foodie Superbowl pre-game show. You don't want to miss this!
You will get to hear my prediction of which team will be victorious (and I end up being right, ya know!). And I am joined by Adolfo Rodriguez who shares a wealth of Saints facts and Catholic tidbits. He is also an avid foodie. We just can't seem to stop talking about food! And, for the first time ever, we actually EAT on the show!
Curry Chicken & Coconut Soup
Char and I have made this a few times now. It is creamy, spicy with a bit of curry bite... and it is very yummy! A great soup to warm you up or clear your sinuses!
Oh... by the way, you can always hold back on some of the spice if this recipe carries too much heat for you.
