Why fish on Friday?
Why can we eat fish on Fridays in Lent? Isn’t fish a kind of meat too?
I have to be honest… this was a real stumbling block for
* 1 1/2 cups lukewarm water (about 110 F)
* 1 tablespoon honey
* 1 envelope active dry yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)
* 4 cups all-purpose flour (we prefer King Arthur)
* 1 teaspoon Kosher
